Four Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering students from Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology was awarded Rs.5 Lakhs by Department of Science and Technology (DST) & Texas Instruments for the project titled “Auto Green Energy” during India Innovative Challenge Design Contest 2017 held at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore on 4th June 2018.

‘Auto Green Energy’, project automates bio-gas plants that can be installed in houses and places where cooking fuel is produced from bio-waste.
